Community Care Works – Database of Good Practice in Community Care was established to gather at a central point details of initiatives in the community care field worth knowing about and to disseminate these details. Principally this has been done through CCW publications and the telephone enquiry service. From April 2002 however you will be able to access the information held on the database, currently over 800 entries, from your desktop through interactiveccw.com. Access to the site not only provides the opportunity for you to interrogate the database but also to view recent publications.
